Star-Lord (Guardians of the Galaxy mocktail)
1 habanero Pepper
1.5 oz Ginger Beer
3 oz Strawberry Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Peter Quill, the loveable badass, is the inspiration behind this drink. I wanted to make something that packed a hard punch, but was still kind of sweet and I feel the ingredients convey his character quite well. The spicy habanero plays nicely with the pineapple and the ginger, giving this mocktail a strangely satisfying aftertaste. Check out the video below to see how to make it. If you’d like to add a bit of alcohol, I suggest a shot of tequila!

The Chocobo Cocktail Video

Blackout (Watch Dogs cocktail)
2 oz Blackberry Brandy
1 dash Triple Sec
1 dash Lavender Bitters
Top with Champagne
Knock out the city lights and get lost in this Watch Dogs drink. Inspired by the game’s setting and use of hacker tools, the Blackout is a take on the classic Chicago cocktail. Just don’t have too many, or you’ll find out the second reason it’s named Blackout! Check out the video below to see how to make it. For more geeky drink videos, make sure to subscribe to the Geek & Sundry Vlogs channel. Last week I was at E3! Check out some of the games and sights on my E3 video.
Drinking (And Renaming) Cocktails at PAX East with Holland Farkas and Mitch Hutts
Last month at PAX East I got to meet up with fellow Geek & Sundry vlogger Holland Farkas and have a few drinks! We went to the Omni Parker House bar, which featured a great selection of tasty cocktails. The drinks were tasty, but we thought the names could be a bit geekier for the weekend, so we selected two from the menu and renamed them according to our passions, video games and movies!
