Late last week we reached 1000 followers!  The Drunken Moogle has been growing like crazy recently and we can’t say thank you enough.  Both of us are ecstatic with the feedback we’ve been getting and can’t wait to hear more from you.  Keep sending in those drinks, games, tips, pics and whatever else to our email.  We love you. We’ve had an exciting week here at The Drunken Moogle.  Last Wednesday, the Metroid Cocktail was mentioned on Kotaku! Earlier today, both Travis and I made an appearance on Nick “Kraft” Kraftor and Rich Bergin’s gaming podcast, The Video Games Show.  They’re both super cool guys.  The podcast should be up fairly soon.  We will post a link when it happens.  Also, please take note of our amazing new banner, courtesy of artist SexyKins.  Thank you very much, sir, the moogle looks great! The Drunken Moogle has big plans in the near future.  As mentioned previously, our Field Correspondent (and half of TDM staff), Travis Broyles, will be attending PAX East this weekend.  Look for exclusive Drunken Moogle content soon after.  We will soon be integrating the “author avatars” feature.  Tumblr followers will then be able to see our icons linking to our personal blogs, where we will post anything from our thoughts on current games, whats been going on with TDM, answers to questions from readers and more.  Lastly, for all those who have Twitter, but don’t have Tumblr, I would like to remind you that you can follow us on our Twitter here!  For all others that don’t have Twitter, you can follow us via RSS feed.   Hope each of you is having a great week, cheers, Mitch HuttsThe Drunken Moogle

We’ve had an exciting week here at The Drunken Moogle.  Last Wednesday, the Metroid Cocktail was mentioned on Kotaku!

Mixed Some Drinks Tonight

Tonight I hung out with some good friends.  We mixed some tasty drinks and played Resident Evil 5, Call of Duty: World At War (I’ll get MW2 soon, I promise), and Viva Pinata.  I kind of wanted to keep the drinks that we made secret until I could actually post them, but at the same time, I’m very excited and wanted to give all our followers a preview of whats to come.

Sorry for the lack of updates recently.  Break has a tendency to do that.  However, it has also given us at the Drunken Moogle, and friends, to plan some awesome drinks.  Very soon, some 1334ness will be delivered.  Hope all you will soon enjoy them!
