Little Mario and Luigi (Super Mario Brothers shot)

Ingredients:

1 cl Grenadine
1 cl Kiwi Bols

Directions: Add the Grenadine to the shot glass first, then pour the Kiwi Bols over a spoon, creating a nice layered shot.  The sweetness of the Grenadine sourness of the Kiwi Bols balance the shot nicely.

Princess Peach (Super Mario Brothers Cocktail)

Ingredients:

2 cl Southern Comfort
2 cl Peach Bols
5 cl Cranberry juice
2 cl Lime juice

Directions: Shake. Serve without ice in chilled martini glass. Ad a peach/orange wedge and an umbrella as a garnish.

Yoshi (Mario Cocktail)

Ingredients:

2 cl Sour Apple liqueur
1 cl Melon Bols
1 cl Lime juice
4 cl Apple juice

Directions: Shake. Serve with ice.  Use two lime wedges as garnishes.

Bowser (Super Mario Mixed Drink)

Ingredients:

2 cl Tequila
1 cl Cointreau
5 cl Orange juice
1 cl Grenadine

Directions: Stir first three ingredients, then drop in Grenadine for the gradient effect. Serve with ice in tall glass.  Add a blood orange wedge as a garnish.

Will make you feel like you can breathe fire.  You can’t.

Super Mario Shot (In honor of New Super Mario Brothers for the Wii)

Ingredients:
1 cl Grenadine
1 cl Blue Bols
1 cl Tequila silver

Directions:
Add the Grenadine first. Then pour Bols, slowly over a bar spoon. The Tequila goes on top.
