A note from the creator:

So Like many of you i read Ender’s game in middle school. Obviously being that age I fell in love with that book. As time went on I read the book over and over and couldn’t wait to watch it on the big screen. So this weekend the movie comes out and we all here at EXP bar decided to memorialize the Wiggins children in martini form. because above all they need to be classy and fierce.

Locke - We made the Peter strong, with a nice burn, but a hint of sweetness with a slow bitter finish. A powerful blend with a hint of love for the first Wiggin child

Demosthenes - We made the Valentine sweet, warming, and a nice little kick to show her strong side. A loving sweet blend for the second Wiggin child.

Ender - We made the Andrew a perfect blend of sweet and strong. Not too fierce yet not too weak. A perfect blend for the third Wiggin child

So go out enjoy and hopefully the movie lives up to the book and we can celebrate with a Wiggin-tini!!

"In the moment when I truly understand my enemy, understand him well enough to defeat him, then in that very moment I also love him.” ~ Ender Wiggin

Super Wario (Super Mario Land 2 cocktail)

Ingredients:
2 oz. vodka

½ oz. lemon juice
Huckleberry soda
Frozen mangos
Garnish with lemon peel

Directions: Stir the vodka and lemon juice together in a glass.  Drop in some ice and frozen mangos and fill it up with huckleberry soda.  Garnish it with a lemon peel that just happens to look like a sinister mustache.  Go crazy.

A note from the creator:

Twenty one years ago today yesterday we got Super Mario Land 2one of the best games that ever came out for Game Boy!  Mario got new power ups as he traversed the land in search of six gold coins, culminating in his first ever showdown with WARIO, Since we’ve had that twisted anti-Mario character present in our lives for 21 years now, it’s time we got that man a drink (not that he seems to need one):

On November 1, 1992 Mario got to power up with carrots for the first time, transform himself into Rabbit Mario, and glide his way to Wario’s Castle.  But Wario got to make use of his own carrots to become Rabbit Wario.  The two have been matching wits for over two decades now and Wario’s made a great addition to the Nintendo universe.  With that said, pour one of these out, relax and let the Wario hypnosis sooth your mind.
