My Old Friend (Hotel Dusk: Room 215 Cocktail) Ingredients:1 shot Bourbon1 shot Wild Turkey American Honey  Stem of Mint  Directions: Pour over ice in a rocks glass.  Add a few leaves of mint to the top. Note: If you’re patient, I highly suggest infusing this drink with mint for a day or two. Just mix all the ingredients in a bottle and let it sit. The result is fantastic! As correctly answered in the trivia question yesterday, Kyle Hyde, from Hotel Dusk: Room 215, starts every drinking night with a bourbon.  In the bar scene, Louis starts him off with an 8-year-old double.  In honor of Hyde, this drink is a double bourbon with a sweeter taste, thanks to the American Honey (yes, it has to be American Honey.  Normal Wild Turkey won’t do).  Though it may be simple, this is a drink Hyde would love. “The glass is filled with bourbon.  My old friend.” -Kyle Hyde (Drink and photography by The Drunken Moogle.)
