The Bandicoot (Crash Bandicoot cocktail)
Ingredients
1 (peeled) Fuyu Persimmon
1 1/2 oz. Gin
Dash of cinnamon
A pinch of Unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions: Muddle one entire fuyu persimmon, add gin and a dash of cinnamon. Add ice. Shake well and strain through a wire mesh strainer. Top with a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder.
A note from the creator:
Fuyu persimmons are in season generally around October through December. They are very sweet with a taste that is somewhere between pumpkin and pear. The subtle sweetness goes really well with a dry gin. The cocoa powder ties it all together. I guess you could even say it’s a Coco Bandicoot.

ifeelthecosmos: Michiru Hoshino (Katamari Damacy mocktail)
Ingredients:
2 oz White cranberry juice
1/2 oz Sour mix
1 splash Ginger ale
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice, garnish with a maraschino cherry.
A note from the creator:
This mocktail is essentially a virgin cosmopolitan, to feel this drink a bit more simply omit the ginger ale in favor of a splash of the cranberry juice, and add 1 1/2 oz of Citron vodka and 1/2 oz of Cointreau.

T-Virus and Antidote (Resident Evil shots)
Ingredients:
T-Virus-
2 oz Blue Curacao
1/4 tsp Agar powder
1 1/2 oz Citrus vodka
T-Virus Antidote-
2 oz Midori
1/4 tsp Agar powder
1 1/2 oz Citrus vodka
Tools-
Small pan
Food syringe
Silicon tubing that fits the syringe (1 ft. minimum)
Glass of ice water
Tall shot glasses
Directions: This recipe is for those who like the previous T-Virus and Antidote shots, but want to wow your guests with something a bit more complicated. In a pan, bring the blue curacao or Midori to almost a boil. Remove it from the heat and mix in the agar powder with a spoon or spatula. Suck the liquid into the syringe and inject it into the tubing. Submerge the tubing into the glass of ice water and wait around 5 minutes for it to solidify. After about 5 minutes, remove the tubing from the water. To remove the newly solidified gel from the tube, fill your syringe with air and use the air to push the gel out. Cut the gel strings into the appropriate length for your shot glass. Carefully wrap the gel around the inside of your shot glass and slowly pour in citrus vodka. Serve, infect, and heal.
