DrunkenNES - The Homebrew Nintendo Breathalyzer Game
Andrew Reitano of Batslyadams.com is the creative genius that turned a Nintendo Entertainment System cartridge into a working breathalyzer game with the help of his friends. 

A cartridge is hooked up to a alcohol sensor, so that when you blow into the cartridge, like the good old days, the game reads and reflects the player’s BAC and gives them a score.  The game features humorous illustrations reflecting how drunk the player is and records high scores.
