The Drunken Moogle

8 Purification Sake (Okami Cocktail) Ingredients: 1.5 oz. Sake1.5 oz. Soju1.5 oz. Extra dry ginger ale/ginger beerDirections: Mix Sake and Soju and pour into cocktail glass, top with ginger ale.  “Glittering gold sake… Is that 8 Purification Sake, Ammy?!” Note: Soju(aka Shochu) is a distilled alcohol commonly made from rice, barley, or sweet potatoes. Typically containing 25% alcohol by volume, it’s weaker than vodka but stronger that sake. Ginger beer is simply a stronger version of ginger ale, it’s usually described as having more bite.
